Description

JUTETM JTF-905 is a kind of low molecular weight white PTFE micron powder processed by special technology. It is specialized for use as an additive to impart typical fluoropolymer attributes, such as non-stick, lubricity, and low friction in the final product. It not only keeps the excellent properties of PTFE, but also has many unique properties, good dispersibility and even blending, which can improve the performance of the host materials. JTF-905 can be used not only as solid lubricant, but also as additives of high-end lubricant and grease, non-stick coatings, etc.

Applications

Used as additives in high-end lubricating oil, high-load and low-speed grease for transmission machinery.

Used as additives in coatings, such as fluorocarbon coatings with high corrosion resistance.

Non-stick coatings and other fields: The recommended dosage is 0.1-4.0% of the total amount, added at the beginning of the production process, and high-speed stirring is required to achieve the best dispersion effect.

Packaging and Storage

● JTF-905 is packaged in a 20kg-drum with two layers of anti-static bags. Fifteen 20-kg drums are packaged on one pallet for ease of shipping, handling, and storage.

● Stored in clean, dry place to avoid possible contamination by dusts, moisture, etc.;

● Using temperature shall not be over 400℃.
